To go back to a free plan, from a WinPoints plan, requires that you have zero WinPoints.  Remember, you will lose all the benefits of our Advanced Bidding services, after your plan is converted to a free plan.  If you would like to purchase more WinPoints instead, please see the Buy more WinPoints article.  To convert your account to a free plan, follow the directions below:

Payoff (negative WinPoints balance)

1. Login to your account.
2. Show the Account menu by clicking on the user icon.
3. Click on the View Plan button.
4. Click on the Buy WinPoints button.
5. Click the Buy Now button to the right of the Payoff option (you will be redirected to PayPal's website).
6. Complete your purchase through PayPal.

Once your payment is processed, your WinPoints balance will be set to zero and your account will automatically be converted to a free plan.

Would you like to pay with your credit or debit card, instead of your PayPal account? After you click on the Buy Now button, click on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button to make a payment without using a PayPal account.
